A very beautiful and highly polished Lake Superior agate in shades of orangey-rust, grays and white crystal quartz. Made in my home studio in Michigan's Upper Peninsula in the Keweenaw Peninsula.
Sterling Silver setting with a serrated fine silver bezel. It has a matte finish with patina for an antiqued, rustic feel. The backplate has a hand-sawn scalloped border and a textured finish. Stamped on the hidden bail with my initials as the artist and the 925 mark for sterling silver.
The pendant measures 1-3/4" x 1-1/2" and includes a supple, yet sturdy 20" sterling silver wheat chain that I darkened with patina to compliment the pendant.
Hand-applied museum quality, microcrystalline wax on the pendant and chain to inhibit tarnishing.
All purchases come with a Sunshine jewelry cleaning cloth and in a gift box with ribbon ready for gift-giving or as a gift for yourself!
